01

Federal housing guidance

HUD describes assistance animals in housing, reasonable-accommodation requests, supporting information, and examples such as a request to waive a pet rule or fee. Read the source and consider how it applies to your own circumstances.

02

Georgia tenant information

The Georgia Department of Community Affairs Landlord-Tenant Handbook covers general rental topics. The handbook is not a substitute for legal advice about a specific dispute.

03

Georgia tele-mental-health rules

Georgia Composite Board Rule 135-11 sets requirements for covered professional counselors, social workers, and marriage and family therapists who provide tele-mental-health services. The rule does not expand a licensee’s scope of practice.

04

ADA public-access rules

ADA.gov explains that ADA service animals are dogs trained to perform disability-related tasks. The ADA rules are not the same as housing accommodation rules.
